By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of the Platform
2.1 Eligibility

We offer travel-related services including, but not limited to:
- Booking of accommodations, transport, and tours
- Tailor-made packages and experiences
- Access to third-party travel products
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service provider. We act either as an organizer of travel packages or as an intermediary, depending on the product.
4. Booking and Payments
4.1 Booking Confirmation
Your booking is only confirmed once payment is processed and you receive written confirmation via email or through your user account.
4.2 Payment
- You may be required to pay either:
- A deposit (specified at time of booking), or The full amount up front
Payments must be made using the methods available on our Platform. Currency conversion or international transaction fees, if any, are your responsibility.
4.3 Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation and refund conditions are provided at the time of booking and vary by service provider.
- Certain services may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees.
- Where applicable, refunds will be processed according to the supplier’s terms and French consumer protection laws (Article L.211-14 of the Code du tourisme).
5. Your Responsibilities
5.1 Account Security
If you register an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
5.2 Legal Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including passport, visa, vaccination, and travel regulations in your destination(s).
5.3 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Use the Platform in any unlawful or disruptive manner
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We may act as an agent on behalf of third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, airlines, local tour operators). In such cases:
- We are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of those suppliers
- Any claims or disputes regarding service quality must be addressed directly with the supplier
When offering packages under French and EU law, we remain responsible for the proper performance of all services included.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (including text, images, logos, graphics, and code) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including loss of data, income, or opportunity).
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of the Platform.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Market Voyages harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:
- Your misuse of the Platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
10. Privacy

In the event of a dispute, you may:
- Contact us to resolve the issue amicably
- Refer the matter to the Médiateur du Tourisme et du Voyage (MTV) for mediation
- Initiate proceedings in the competent courts of Paris, unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer laws
13. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after updates implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
